Shipping

All orders are shipped by sunkissedsolar.co.za. on behalf of the customer at the customers instruction.

Orders are exclusively shipped with The Courier Guy courier service.
sunkissedsolar.co.za. does not ship internationally and is ONLY shipping within the borders of South Africa.
It is the the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered during checkout to ensure the package reaches its intended destination.
All orders that are shipped by sunkissed.co.za. is exclusive of insurance. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper insurance for the shipment.
An order will be considered completed by sunkissedsolar.co.za. once it has left our premises via shipping company or collected by the customer.
sunkissedsolar.co.za. will not be held liable for any damages or losses that may be incurred during transit via theft, looting, hijacking, fire, mishandling, negligence, acts of God, or any other cause that is out of our control [force majeure].
Solar Panels will not be shipped via courier due to product sensitivity and size. Any mishandling of the product will lead to it failing. Each solar panels is tested and inspected before they leave our premises and are checked for any visible damages and abbreviation.

Collections

Orders may be collected – ONLY – once the “Ready for Collection” status update email has been received.

Customers who just show up for collection will NOT be assisted. Once the “Ready for Collection” status update email is received the customer will have 3 working days to collect the package.
If you would like to do a payment upon collection, this is also welcome – however you need to send us an email to arrange this as orders are only processed once payment is received. In this case we will prepare your order, and you can pay when you collect via EFT. Kindly note items will only be released once payment cleared in our account.
